Jams and Jellies
Our most popular jelly is Chokecherry, the picture is of the berry in their original form. Chokecherries grow along the river and in mountainous areas, they are harvested in large quantities, juiced, and then processed into syrup by the owners and chefs of Tiwa Kitchen Restaurant. All of our jams and jellies are hand picked and processed in this same way.
Our Wild Plum Jam is unique to the Taos Pueblo area. Juicy red quarter size plums grow wild along ditches and streams and have a very unique flavor.
At Tiwa Kitchen Restaurant we use our Chokecherry Syrup on pancakes, over ice cream, and to make our one of a kind Chokecherry Lemonade, and Chokecherry Iced Tea.
All our jams and jellies are sold in 8oz jars either individually or by the case (12).
